Product Description:
B cells are very sensitive to IFN-alpha and their growth is inhibited by a very low concentration of this interferon. Daudi cells in the G1 phase of the cell cycle to be maintained in the presence of IFN-alpha. Cells expressing CD69, a marker for activation of leukocyte cells in response to treatment with IFN-alpha. Some lines of variant lines were selected specifically for resistance to interferon. Growth, but not viability of Daudi cells is inhibited by a biochemically unspecified factor SF 160.
