HCCC-9810 cell line is derived from a bile duct cell carcinoma of the female patients. HCCC-9810 are tabled before the skin cell-like cells, chromosome mode number is 71, but the chromosome number can vary within the scope of 22-117. Doubling time is 20.4 hours. AFP, CEA and CA19-9 secretion level is low, it is tumorigenic in nude mice in the rate of 20%.
