Product Description: Polydatin is a stilbenoid glucoside and is an important derivative of resveratrol in grape juice. It can be found in the bark of Picea sitchensis. It can also be Polygonum cuspidate, the Japanese knotweed (Fallopia japonica), isolated. The therapy can be prepared from picide, which is fermented by Aspergillus Oryza. The latter species produces a p-beta-b-D-glucosidase.
