Product Description:
The cell line expressing the specific antigen of the prostate. Growth is driven by weak dihydroxytestosterone and lysates are immunoreactive with antibodies androgen receptor by Western blot analysis.
Growth is stimulated by epidermal growth factor, but was not inhibited by transforming growth factor beta-1.
