Flutriafol use

Stereoselective dissipation flutriafol and tebuconazole in grapes was studied. A simple and sensitive method for the determination of flutriafol and tebuconazole enantiomers grape was developed by chromatography high performance liquid chromatography on a cellulose tris (3-chloro-4-methylphenylcarbamate) column. The quantification limits for flutriafol and tebuconazole in the grapes were 0.033 and 0.043 mg kg (-1) are. The excesses of flutriafol and tebuconazole stereoisomers in grapes followed first-order kinetics (R (2)> 0.93). Stereoisomers of flutriafol and tebuconazole were enantioselective reduced in grapes and tebuconazole was enantioselective that flutriafol. The half-life of (-) - tebuconazole was 5.2 days and shorter than (+) - tebuconazole have with the 6.4 days half-life. The (-) - flutriafol was also reduced preferably in grapes, the half-life thereof were 6.59 and 6.98 days (-) and (+) - flutriafol, respectively. The value of the ratio of enantiomers of the two fungicides was approximately 1.0 on the first day and increased to 1.143 to 2.015 flutriafol and tebuconazole for 28 days. Stereoselective dissipation could provide a benchmark to assess the exact risks of two important chiral triazole fungicides.
