Nafarelin Acetate price

Nafarelin Acetate 400 micrograms per day and danazol 600 mg per day compared in a randomized double blind study. Eighty-two patients with endometriosis were treated for 6 months after a first laparoscopy and 74 had a second laparoscopy. Twenty-two (30%) patients had a complete regression of the disease, 42 (57%) patients had partial regression, and 10 (13%) patients remained unchanged or worse. Both treatments led to a significant reduction in disease activity, but no adhesions. At 3 months follow-up, 34 (64%) patients reported improvement in their symptoms, 15 (28%) reported no change and 4 (8%) were worse. Nafarelin has been associated with several hot flushes and headaches, and danazol with more weight gain. There were, however, no significant differences in the efficacy of treatment between the two groups.
