Product Description: Bulleyaconitin A (BLA) is found in Aconitum bulleyanum and has analgesic and anesthetic activity. BLA has been used as a treatment for a variety of pain and inflammatory diseases. BLA inhibits voltage-dependent Na + channels in a user-dependent manner, so that the Na + current peak during repeated stimulation in vitro and in vivo can be reduced. In animal models, the combination of BLA reduces drug absorption or lidocaine adrenaline and prolong the anesthetic effect a minimal adverse effect.
