Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate S
Ammonium glycyrrhizinate nanoparticles loaded chitosan were prepared by ionic gelation of chitosan with tripolyphosphate anions (TPP). The particle size and zeta potential of the nanoparticles were determined by each dynamic light scattering (DLS) and zeta potential analyzer. Effects, including the molecular weight of chitosan, concentration of chitosan, concentration of ammonium glycyrrhizinate and polyethylene glycol (PEG) have studied the physicochemical properties of the nanoparticles. These nanoparticles have efficiency loading of ammonium. The encapsulation efficiency decreased with increasing concentration of ammonium glycyrrhizinate and the concentration of chitosan. The introduction of PEG can significantly reduce the positive charge of the particle surface. These studies showed that chitosan may TPP complex stable cationic nanoparticles to read the form of ammonium loading.
